Ashneer Grover, BharatPe settle disputes; cofounder to no longer be part of the captable

Fintech startup BharatPe and cofounder Ashneer Grover have resolved their ongoing dispute. As part of the settlement, Grover will no longer be associated with BharatPe in any capacity, and his shares will be transferred to a family trust. Both parties have agreed to drop all legal cases against each other.
