SaaS startup Whatfix raises $125 million from Warburg, SoftBank, valuation hits $900 million

Whatfix, a SaaS company, has secured $125 million in funding led by Warburg Pincus. The deal takes company’s valuation to around $900 million vs $568 million in 2021. Early investors Helion Venture Partners and Eight Roads Ventures part-sold stake in this round. Currently, 66% of the company’s revenue comes from the US market.
