VentureSoul Partners declares first close of Rs 600 crore maiden fund; raises Rs 146.5 crore

The venture debt fund plans debt investments in about 25 startups. The average cheque size will be Rs 20-25 crore, the first of which will be finalised next week. VentureSoul Partners plans to deploy the full fund in the next 15-18 months.
